Life Upgrade is simply 'a new way of being'. Using the tools consistently enables you to live in the moment, freeing your mind from thoughts which effect your health and happiness. This is a meditation sysrem with a difference as it also allows you to address the old programmes running in your subconscious mind which are creating uncomfortable emotions or situations. Life Upgrade is very useful in supporting Fertility as consistent use enables couples to reduce the stress of 'Infertility', and live their day- to-day lives without 'infertility' taking over.
Amy teaches basic Life Upgrade tools as a part of the Fertility Solutions Programme in order to support clients on their Fertility Journey. These tools will enable clients to become more present in their day-to-day lives which, will not only help release the stress of ‘infertility’ but also improve physical and general well-being. These tools are simple and effective so clients can use them in between sessions as they go about their day and with consistent use transformational shifts will occur.
